From April 15th to May 3rd in 2024, their team journeyed to Kuaihelani (Midway Atoll) to remove entanglement hazards from sensitive habitats. Through their collective efforts, they removed a whopping 70,080 pounds of marine debris from the shorelines of Kuaihelani, while their original goal was 30,000 pounds.
